Our shipping methods are UPS Ground Delivery which generally takes 4 to 6 days or USPS which generally takes from 4-12 days. Please note we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes if UPS is utilized.Your order is important to us, so our shipping charges include insuring every package.

Returns
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes an item is not exactly what you expected.
If you wish to return an item within 10 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item. All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please provide us your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.We will acknowledge your request by email and issue a return authorization.Please insure and track any returned packages. Credits will be made upon receiving and examining returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.
Please note that we only pay shipping charges in the event the product was defective and you notified us immediately upon receipt, otherwise customer is responsible for original shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping costs.
We only ship within the continental United States. Overseas and any special shipping costs must be arranged prior to ordering.
